Considering I went last minute school shoes shopping, the selection wasn't horrible. The cashier was awesome. Heard it was her second day and she was trying so hard. No complaints

The staff was very friendly and helpfu. I think one of the young ladies name was Chante, but I'm not sure. Very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. It was close to closing and we did not feel rushed at all and my little cousin found what she needed. Job well done!!

This is my second visit to the Shoe Show , the staff was very helpful and professional answer any questions you have on the shoes. The store was well organized, and I found a very unique pair of shoes, the price is reasonable, and they offer name brands shoes and non name brands. Also, they offer a reward program when you make purchases which I found out on this visit, special thanks to the manager for letting me know!

I had 2 of my great grandchildren in the store today. Very clean. The staff was so helpful. The young man greated everyone that entered the store. The young lady that waited on us was so nice and had us smiling the whole time she waited on us. Great people!! They all deserve a raise! Thank you all so much! We enjoyed shopping! Thank you all ❤

Stopped here on my way home from an appointment in Columbus, to find my daughter a decently priced pair of hiking boots. We found a beautiful black pair of Fila hiking boots that were marked $39.98 but they turned out to be $29.98 at the register, so that was awesome! I also found myself a nice pair of light weight hiking boots that had shoe strings, but also had a zipper option on the sides which was a big sell for me since I have back and knee issues and tying and untying my shoes can be difficult for me. Those boots were only $19.98 which was amazing! Brand on the receipt says "Daisy Fuentes Kenny". The prices and stock available was great! Especially compared to the Shoe Show store location in the town where I live, which seems to mostly have just the higher end items and is hard to find more affordable footwear. And the best part of this location for me was a customer service representative, named Jesse, who was very wonderful in not only helping me and my daughter find the right boots for the right price and made sure they fit correctly. He also helped me down the aisle, linking his arm to mine, while I was seeing how the boots felt while walking. It was obvious that I walk with a cane and have mobility issues and he did everything he could to make sure it was an easy and comfortable experience for me. He even tied my boot I was already wearing for me when I put it back on! Thank you Jesse! 😊
